| Since the release of the Fair Dealing Guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in April 2009, we have instituted the following:

Created a fact-find analysis for customers, reinforced our sales and advisory process and improved our marketing material disclosures; |

Increased product training to staff involved in the selling process; and |
| |
3) |
Ensured that the compliance of fair dealing outcomes is part of the staff key performance indicators. |

| Customers can be assured that they will receive recommendations on a reasonable basis with respect to their investment objectives, financial situation and particular needs, whilst deciding an appropriate investment product. |
